Many successful people have learned the value of basing their operations in small Nebraska communities where the cost of living and overhead expenses are low, work ethic is strong and pace of life is a little slower. With near-record low interest rates, this is a great time to purchase an income producing property. There may be programs available through the Nebraska Department of Economic Development and from other organizations to assist qualified individuals or organizations in purchasing and developing properties such as these.
